Painter – George Kotsonis
George Kotsonis was born in 1940 in Palechori. He studied drawing and painting at Saint Martins School of Art in London, the Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, and later completed his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague under Professor Antonín Pelc.
After returning to Cyprus, he settled in Paphos, where he continues to live and work. He has held numerous solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad, and his work is included in public and private collections.
In addition to painting, he has also worked with mosaic.
