Painter – Evros Evriviades
Evros Evriviades was born in 1949 in Larnaca, where he lives and works. He graduated from Agios Georgios Gymnasium and, following his military service, moved to Marseille, where he studied at the Luminy School of Fine Arts and Architecture.
After completing his studies, he worked for thirty years as an art teacher in schools across Cyprus. At the same time, he was actively involved in theatre, both professionally and in education, receiving distinctions and awards for his work.
He has presented his work in solo and group exhibitions throughout Cyprus. In 2019, he was honoured by the Municipality of Larnaca with a major retrospective exhibition at the Municipal Art Gallery. His works form part of the Municipality of Larnaca Collection, the State Collection, and private collections in Cyprus and abroad.
