Xenophon Kallis – Ιn memoriam
The Press and Information Office presents an in memoriam tribute to the work of Xenophon Kallis, a man who dedicated his life to the search for missing persons.
Xenophon Kallis was a leading figure in the Committee on Missing Persons in Cyprus (CMP), served as advisor to the Greek Cypriot Member and led the Exhumation and Identification Programme of the Republic of Cyprus.
He devoted his life to the effort to locate the missing persons of the Cyprus tragedy, as well as those missing from the periods of 1963–64 and 1955–59, leaving behind an important legacy.
