Painter – Mikella Psara
Mikella Psara was born in 1957 in Larnaca. She studied Painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1976–1981), under Mavroidis, Mytaras and Moralis, and after completing her studies returned to Cyprus, where she worked in education.
She has presented seven solo exhibitions, including at Gloria, Rembrandt and Argo galleries, while in 2023 she presented the retrospective exhibition Light Breathing in Larnaca. She has also participated in important group exhibitions and international events in Cyprus and abroad, including the Biennale of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean in Marseille, the Bologna Biennale and the Cairo Biennale.
In 2009, a series of her works was installed at Larnaca International Airport.
