Teukros Michailidis
Teukros Michailidis is a Cypriot mathematician and author, widely recognized for his contribution to mathematical fiction. He has published novels, short story collections, popular science works, and educational books, while his articles and fiction have appeared in various print and digital media.
His books have been translated into eight languages. His novel Ahmes, Son of the Moon received the Cyprus State Prize for Fiction, and his short story “Self-Justice” inspired the award-winning film The Other Me. In 2006, he was awarded the title Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French Republic.
